Samuel Parra

Samuel Parra is an accomplished engineering and manufacturing leader with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as the North America Manufacturing Integration Leader at BASF, Samuel is responsible for leading the Manufacturing Integration and Orchestration implementation and developing an Autonomous Operations strategy. Previous roles include Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at BASF, Continuous Improvement Consultant at Elgin Industries, and Quality Leader at Caterpillar Inc. Samuel's background includes a strong emphasis on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, having successfully implemented systems that achieved substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Carabobo.
