Scott Asher is currently the Head of Crop Development at BASF, having risen through various roles in the company since 1998. Before this position, they served as a Regional Agronomy Manager, where they led an agronomic service team and ensured the testing program aligned with BASF's strategic goals. Prior to their long tenure at BASF, they worked as a Technology Development Representative at Monsanto Company from 2006 to 2007. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Crop Science from Texas Tech University, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Texas Tech and Texas A&M University, respectively.
