Senem GÜLDEN is the Head of Sales for Industrial Formulators at BASF Turk, overseeing operations across Turkiye, Central Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently, they serve as the Commercial and Market Development Director, driving strategic growth initiatives while also managing sustainability efforts in collaboration with the BASF EMEA Sustainability Team. Prior to this, Senem held various roles at BASF, including Market Development Manager and Commercial Director for Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia. Senem holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
