Seol Lee serves as the Global Continuous Improvement Manager at BASF since April 2023, focusing on developing and deploying the ECMS Continuous Improvement culture and associated training, while also defining relevant KPIs and enhancing overall maturity and performance through various initiatives. Prior to this role, Seol Lee had an extensive tenure at 3M from July 2012 to February 2023, serving in multiple capacities including Optimized Operations Program Manager, Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. Responsibilities involved designing early career development programs, supervising teams across manufacturing operations, and leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive efficiency and operational excellence. Early career experience includes a role in Engineering Sales at Ashland Hercules, where Seol Lee developed quality control processes and customer relations.
