Shadi Sadi

Shadi Sadi has extensive experience in supply chain management and program management across several leading companies. At Syneos Health, Shadi served as an Associate Program Manager, responsible for drafting client-facing project deliverables, maintaining program materials, and facilitating project meetings. Currently at BASF as a Materials Management Supply Chain Planner, Shadi creates and maintains master schedules in SAP APO and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include serving as a Supply/Demand Server Forecast Planner at IBM and Lenovo, where Shadi managed product demand forecasting and collaborated with sales teams to optimize inventory efficiency. Shadi holds a B.S. in Business Management with a focus on Operations/Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University.
