Shaniza Farukdin is the Head of Corporate Legal, Compliance & Insurance at BASF Malaysia and serves as the Global Lead for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of the Legal Department at Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd from 2016 to 2020 and worked as an Assistant Manager at Malakoff Corporation Berhad from 2005 to 2010, specializing in power and water projects.
