Sherif Hani

Sherif Hani serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Mashreq region at BASF since December 2020, previously holding the position of Senior HR Business Partner for the MENAPT region at SC Johnson from May 2017 to December 2020. Sherif's extensive experience in HR includes roles as a Senior HR Consultancy Specialist at JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions, where involvement spanned various HR functions from payroll and recruitment to employee relations across multinational companies. Furthermore, Sherif has worked on design projects focused on job profiling and competency modeling, along with conducting people assessments using established tools. Early career experiences included positions in recruitment and training coordination, complemented by a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Loughborough University and The British University in Egypt.
