Sherif Ibrahim

Sherif Ibrahim serves as the Director of Utilities & Infrastructure at BASF's Geismar site since September 2011, following a progression of roles including Senior Production Manager and Production Manager, where strategic leadership in production and technology focused on Ethylene Oxide and Fuel Additives was prominent. Prior experience includes a position as Process/Plant Engineer at Innophos, responsible for the engineering of a food-grade Wet Phosphoric Acid plant, and various roles at The Dow Chemical Company, emphasizing production and improvement engineering in Ethylene Oxide and Glycol facilities. Sherif Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
