Shivani Rai is a GROW TRAINEE at BASF since July 2024, with a robust background in product management and operations across diverse companies. Previous experience includes roles as a Product Learner at The Product Folks and participation in the Founder's Office at GetAWay Ice Cream & Desserts. As a Product Management Intern at Vidya.us, Shivani streamlined product walkthrough processes and improved advertising efficiency through targeted email campaigns. Additional experience encompasses internships in product operations and finance at Product IO, leading sponsorship efforts as Head of Sponsorship at E-Cell NMIMS Shirpur, and creative leadership roles at Narsee Monjee Model United Nations. Shivani's journey began with a strong educational foundation, earning an MBA TECH in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SVKM's NMIMS (2019 - 2024), complemented by undergraduate studies at Ryan International School.
