Shujath Masarath is the Director of Operational Excellence Consulting for North America at BASF, a position held since 2022. Previously, Shujath worked as a Process Engineer at LyondellBasell from 2007 to 2008 and spent several years at BASF from 2008 to 2012, holding various roles including Operations Engineer, Site Manager for North Geismar, and Production Manager for both Acrylic Monomers and the Ammonia Project.
