Sofía Gioscia Risso

Sofía Gioscia Risso is currently the Manager of HR Operations for the US and Canada at BASF, where they lead initiatives related to employee experience. Previously, Sofía held positions at BASF Services Americas as a Team Coordinator for HR Operations, and acted as an Order to Cash Coordinator and Financial Planning Analyst at Syngenta. With a solid background in finance and administration, they managed multiple companies at The Electric Factory Group, overseeing financial reporting and budgeting processes. Sofía earned their degree in Business Administration from Universidad ORT Uruguay and completed leadership coaching training at IEEM - Escuela de Negocios.
