Stefan Faßbender studied Chemical Engineering at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1995 and earned a degree in Chemistry from Universität zu Köln after completing an education as a Chemielaborant at Hoechst AG between 1987 and 1990. They served as Head of Sales for Electroplating Chemicals & Industrial Formulators at BTC Europe from 1996 to 2001. Since 2001, they have held various leadership roles at BASF, currently serving as Sales Director for EMEA and Americas in Lubricant Components.
