Stefan Fuchs

Stefan Fuchs is an experienced asset manager currently working at BASF since May 2022, specializing in MDI. Prior to this role, Stefan held multiple positions at Jan De Nul Group, including Senior Technical Superintendent Vessel Maintenance and Technical Superintendent Vessel Maintenance from August 2016 to April 2022. Stefan also completed a master thesis at Waterbouwkundig Laboratorium in 2016, focusing on interactions of ship encounters in narrow canal sections. Additional internships were completed at Jan De Nul Group and FOD Mobiliteit en Vervoer, along with a master thesis on optimization at Hansen Transmissions International. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Maritime Engineering from Ghent University and a Master of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Antwerp.
