Stefania Meloni

Stefania Meloni is currently the Country Regulatory, Public, and Governmental Affairs Manager at BASF Agricultural Solutions Italy and has been in this role since 2018. Prior to BASF, they served as the Regional Manager for Africa in Regulatory Affairs at Bayer CropScience from 2011 to 2020, where they developed registration strategies for seed products across the continent. Stefania has also held significant roles at Bayer CropScience, including heading the EU Regulatory Department and managing budget planning and project coordination. They hold a PhD in Agriculture Biotech from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and have completed a leadership course at SDA Bocconi in 2023. Additionally, Stefania is the Board President at The International School in Genoa, a position they have held since 2018.
