Stephen Fenske

Stephen Fenske has extensive experience in the chemical industry, particularly in product management and engineering roles at BASF since 1990. Currently serving as the Head of Product Management for Care Chemicals, Fenske oversees North American product and asset management activities related to nonionic surfactants and other key chemical products used in Home Care, Personal Care, and Industrial Solutions segments. Previous positions include Product Manager and Engineering and Maintenance Manager, where Fenske established a technical group focused on process safety and improvements at a newly acquired facility. Fenske began as a Process Engineer and Project Manager, progressively taking on more responsible roles over an eight-year span. Fenske holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
