Steve Kianza

Steve Kianza is a Senior HR Manager and Employee Relations Specialist at BASF, where they have been instrumental in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace since 2017. They also currently chair the Diversity and Inclusion Council of Canada. With prior experience as a Bilingual Technical Support Manager and HR Generalist, Steve has developed a robust background in human resources across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals and technology. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Windsor, and continue their studies there.
