Steven Chen is currently the Head of Product Management for NAFTA at BASF, where they have held various roles since 2012, including Market Development Manager and Business Development Manager. They previously worked at General Electric in the Commercial Leadership Program and as a Marketing Engineer from 2003 to 2004. Before joining BASF, Steven held positions at Amphenol as Program Manager and Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2012. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Rochester.
