Subbu Balakrishnan is an award-winning leader with a strong record in designing and managing end-to-end supply chain strategies and operations. Subbu has held key positions at BASF, including Head of Global Supply Chain Excellence for Performance Materials and Regional Head of Supply Chain for Agricultural Solutions in APAC. Prior experience includes serving as Section Manager for Supply Chain at STMicroelectronics, where Subbu was recognized for exemplary service under challenging conditions. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University and a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Subbu is committed to creating customer-focused supply chain solutions.
