Suresh Ramakrishnan

Suresh Ramakrishnan is the Regional IT Manager at BASF, where they support the delivery of IT projects across North America with cumulative sales exceeding $10 billion. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Suresh completed a Master's in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, followed by a Master's in Computer Science at the University of Maryland. With extensive experience in telecommunications and software development, Suresh has held numerous roles including Associate Director and Principal, building high-impact applications and leading teams to innovate in areas such as cloud strategy and advanced analytics. In their current position at BASF, Suresh leverages their expertise to implement innovative AI/ML initiatives and manage large IT budgets critical to business operations.
