Susan Jackson

Susan Jackson, MBA, is an accomplished professional in communications and sustainability with extensive experience at BASF since 2007. Currently serving as the Head of Communications & Sustainability, Susan has focused on enhancing regional communication transparency and rebuilding trust within the organization. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Global Communications and various marketing communications positions in automotive coatings and engineering plastics, where notable achievements included developing customer communications strategies and securing a presence at the North American Auto Show. Susan holds an MBA and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
