Susanne Smith

Susanne Smith has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at BASF since January 2014. In this role, Susanne leads global project teams, fosters collaboration with both internal and external customers to define project deliverables, and engages in data measurement and strategic decision-making. Susanne prioritizes team feedback for continuous improvement and implements robust monitoring processes to track project progress, effectively addressing conflicts and issues as they arise. Prior to BASF, Susanne held a position as Technical Staff at Pfizer from September 2013 to December 2013.
