Tanja Bachmann

Tanja Bachmann is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the coatings and chemical industries, currently serving as the Head of Sales for Austria and Central Europe at BASF since September 2019. In this role, Tanja also oversees sales for the Central Europe and SAM Region for Automotive Refinish Coatings Solutions. Prior to BASF, Tanja held several key positions at Axalta from February 2013 to August 2019, including Sales Manager for Non-Productive Inventory across Europe and Regional Sales Manager for Industrial Liquid. Tanja's career also includes significant roles at DuPont, where responsibilities ranged from Business Development to Sales Leadership for the Volkswagen Group in EMEA. Tanja began her professional journey in Research and Development at Herberts GmbH/DuPont. Tanja holds educational credentials from ILS Hamburg, with studies spanning from 2003 to 2006.
