Terri Freeman

Terri L. Freeman is an Assistant General Counsel, Compliance, Employment & Privacy at BASF, where they counsel on employment and compliance matters. With over 30 years of experience in private practice, including 22 years as a Shareholder at Jackson Lewis, they have substantial expertise in conducting investigations and training employers on workplace issues. Freeman has been a guest lecturer at various institutions and has served on professional committees, including the Union County Ethics Committee, appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. They earned their J.D. from Rutgers, The State University School of Law-Newark, and their B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
