Thorsten Jabs

Thorsten Jabs is a qualified European and German Patent Attorney and a US Patent Agent with extensive experience in agricultural research and intellectual property. They served as an Assistant Professor at RWTH Aachen University from 1996 to 1998, conducted postdoctoral research at the Max-Delbrück-Laboratory and Wageningen UR, and held multiple senior roles at BASF in the Agricultural Products Division, including Senior Patent Counsel and Head of Biomechanistic Research. Thorsten holds a Diploma in Biology from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen and a Ph.D. in Plant Physiology/Biochemistry from the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research.
