Tiberiu Dima

Tiberiu Dima is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors, particularly in the agricultural solutions industry. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Country Cluster East Europe at BASF since April 2009, Tiberiu has successfully led teams of over 150 employees and is responsible for driving business growth and profitability in Ukraine, Moldova, and the Caucasus region. Tiberiu previously held significant roles at BASF, including Country Manager for Agricultural Solutions in Romania, where Tiberiu achieved record sales and profitability. Additionally, Tiberiu is the President of the European Business Association and has held leadership positions at Sarantis Group and Camelot Consulting Services. Tiberiu's educational background includes a degree in Leading Digital Business Transformation from IMD and a Professional Diploma in Management from The Open University.
