Tom de Roover

Tom De Roover has extensive experience in supply chain management, having held leadership roles at BASF from June 2013 to October 2022, including Head of Supply Chain Processes and Projects, Head of Supply Chain Services Europe - Hub West, and Head of Business Process Management & Information Management. Prior to BASF, Tom De Roover served as a Business Development Manager at APL Logistics and Caterpillar Logistics, focusing on end-to-end supply chain solutions and European warehousing services, respectively. Tom De Roover also possesses significant expertise in process improvement as a 6 Sigma Black Belt and has academic qualifications including an Executive Master Class in Business Process Management from Vlerick Business School and an MBA from Antwerp Management School.
