Tom Hendrix

Tom Hendrix is an experienced physicist, engineer, and manager, currently serving as the Project Manager and Lead Engineer Process at BASF, where they oversee multiple production facilities. They previously held roles as Section Manager Process Simulation and Project Manager at TRACTEBEL. Tom earned a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics from KU Leuven, where their research involved advanced numerical simulations and was presented at various conferences. With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master’s in Astronomy and Astrophysics and a Bachelor’s in Physics, Tom possesses a strong background in process simulation, instrumentation and control, and data analysis within the nuclear industry.
