Vinit Chilekar

Vinit Chilekar is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as the TDI Production Director and Site Manager at BASF North Geismar since January 2007. At BASF, Vinit holds multiple key positions, including Head of Technology for Investment Projects and Innovation in the Monomers Division, and Group Leader for Advanced Materials and Systems Research, focusing on polyols for polyurethane applications. Additional experience includes roles as Global Technology Manager and Operational Excellence Manager at BASF Performance Materials and Technology Manager for Global Production Coordination of Polyols.
