Violet Mandija is currently the Customized Solutions Manager for ED, EC, and EV North America at BASF Corporation. Having begun their career at BASF in 2011, they previously served as the Manager of the North East Regional Engineering Service Center and held various roles, including Director of Technical Site Services and Senior Engineer. Violet earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 1979 to 1983.
