Volker Jungmann

Volker Jungmann is currently the Group Leader of EHS Data Management in the Care Chemicals Division at BASF SE, where they manage a globally distributed team of EHS data managers and serve as a key advisor for various departments. Prior to this role, they held positions at BASF SE as Team Leader for Product Data Management and Product Stewardship. Volker also worked at Syngenta Crop Protection AG as a Registration Specialist and previously directed environmental fate studies. They earned a Dr. rer. nat. in Organic Chemistry from Universität Karlsruhe (TH), where they graduated magna cum laude.
