Wang Shu is currently the R&D operations manager at BASF and has held various roles at Unilever China, including R&D pilot plant manager and hair process development assistant manager. From 2002 to 2006, Wang worked at Unilever in various engineering positions related to toilet soap and sulphonation. Prior to this, Wang was a laundry powder technologist and QC supervisor at Hefei FangChao Daily Chemical Company from 1993 to 1996. Wang earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Chemistry from Zhejiang Industry Technology University.
