Ward Brullot is currently the Head of Analytical Services at BASF Antwerpen, where they lead a team in implementing new analytical instruments for safety, environmental, and quality monitoring. Ward has previously worked as an Innovation and Funding Manager and team leader for organizational and process improvement projects at BASF, and held postdoctoral researcher positions at KU Leuven, focusing on nonreciprocal optics, plasmonics, and nanocatalysis. They obtained a PhD in Chemistry from KU Leuven, following a Master of Science in the same field and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the same institution. Ward's initial experience includes roles in data management and research at SGS Life Science Services and The University of Arizona.
