Wei Xu

Wei Xu is a Global Product Chemistry Manager at BASF, where they focus on driving innovations in crop solutions. They began their career at BASF as a Project Manager from 2012 to 2015, overseeing R&D collaborations in China, and later worked as a Research Engineer. Wei completed a PhD in Electro-Chemistry at Eindhoven University of Technology and holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Southeast University. Their passion lies in fostering an affordable and sustainable future through their work in agricultural solutions.
