Wesley Rombouts

Wesley Rombouts has a diverse background in logistics and mechanical operations, with significant experience in leadership, planning, and technical roles. From December 2016 to May 2021, Wesley served as the head of the assembly department for rolling material at Bogaerts Greenhouse Logistics, after previously holding a leadership role in assembly preparation at the same company. Wesley's experience extends to being a logistics operator at BASF since March 2025 and owning a motorcycle service business, Motorfun, from January 2005 to December 2017. Additional roles include working as a laborer at Smego and SPCm, focusing on mechanical maintenance and fabrication. Wesley began a career in manufacturing at Machinebouw Jochems, specializing in sheet metal work and welding, and has also engaged in work preparation at Staalbeton from July 2021 to March 2025. Educationally, Wesley holds a technical degree in mechanical design techniques from VITO Hoogstraten, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
