Xavier Verfaillie

Xavier Verfaillie is the Managing Director for BASF Egypt and Country Cluster Head for the Mashreq region, responsible for driving growth in Egypt and the Levant countries. With over three decades of experience at BASF, Xavier has held multiple leadership positions, including managing director of operations in Iran and various roles across several countries. Currently, Xavier serves on the regional management team for BASF in the Middle East as well as on the Board of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
