They have served in various strategic communication roles, providing guidance to senior leaders and managing media relations, issues management, and stakeholder engagement. Previously, Yan has held key positions at BASF, including Customer Engagement and Communications Manager and Regional Communications Manager, where they enhanced the company's reputation on critical issues like sustainability. Yan is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at the City University of Hong Kong.
