Yee Thing Chong

Yee Thing Chong, also known as Amy, is the Manager of Learning and Development at BASF Asia Pacific Service Centre. With a background in recruitment, training and development, and event management, Amy previously served as a Regional Manager and Regional Specialist in Learning and Development at BASF from 2021 to 2023, and as an HR Executive at Daikin Malaysia and Focus Point Vision Care Group in 2012. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (Public Relations) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, completed in 2011. Described as a self-starter and quick learner, Amy seeks opportunities that will promote personal growth toward becoming an HR Business Partner.
