Sohel Mohammad is a seasoned Technology Development and R&D Manager with extensive experience in polymer science and application development. They led R&D teams at Dow from 2011 to 2018, where they developed innovative waterborne dispersions and spearheaded a successful beverage packaging coating platform. Currently, at BASF since 2018, they oversee technology development for Polyurethanes and Polyols across multiple sites in North America. Sohel is also pursuing an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management while working towards a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan.
