Bashan Impact Solutions advises leaders navigating complex environments. The firm helps organizations clarify priorities, design practical solutions, strengthen operations, and accelerate implementation of high-priority initiatives.

Founded by Lyla Bashan, a former diplomat with 25 years of international experience, the firm brings a cross-sector perspective shaped by work with governments, civil society, and businesses across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. In those roles, Lyla Bashan led initiatives that guided institutional reform, mobilized investment, and aligned diverse stakeholders around shared priorities.
