Aya Waheed

Aya Waheed has a solid work experience in the field of human resources and community management. Aya served as the People & Culture Director at BasharSoft from 2023, previously holding the position of Head of People & Culture at the same company from 2015 to 2020. Aya also worked as the MENA Strengths Community Manager at Strengths Space in 2022 and as a Learning Facilitator at brainquil from 2021 to 2022. Prior to these roles, they were an Account Manager at WUZZUF from 2013 to 2015.

Aya Waheed obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University in 2010. Aya also holds additional certifications in Gallup Strengths coaching, Professional Coaching, and Train the Trainer, obtained in 2022, 2021, and 2020 respectively.
