Kc Haiker

KC Haiker has a diverse work experience in the fields of growth, digital production, and recruitment. They started their career at Cypress HCM as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager from October 2013 to April 2015. Afterwards, Haiker worked as a Digital Producer at Jacob Tyler Brand + Digital Agency from April 2015 to July 2016. They then joined BASIC/DEPT® and held various roles including Producer from August 2016 to May 2018, Growth Lead from May 2018 to April 2021, Director of Growth from April 2021 to April 2023, and currently as the Executive Director of Growth since April 2023.
