Lance Reaves-Hicks

Lance Reaves-Hicks is currently a GTM Associate at Basic Capital, where they facilitate financing for investments. They previously served as a Co-Founder and Growth Lead at VICI, significantly expanding a digital mentorship platform for high school athletes. Prior to that, Lance held roles as an Analyst at Sequence Equity and gained experience as a Research Assistant and Intern at Princeton University's Office of Finance and Treasury. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at Princeton University, expected to graduate in 2025.
