Basic Environmental Systems & Technologies, Inc. (BEST, Inc.) is a leading environmental solutions company in the Philippines dedicated to advancing sustainability through innovative waste management systems and circular economy initiatives.

BEST’s primary mission is to provide avenues—such as services and facilities—for comprehensive waste disposal systems, public cleansing, general hygiene, and material recovery that promote and implement sustainable development through proper solid waste disposal and resource conservation in the environmental and social spheres of both urban and rural areas.

For over two decades, BEST has been at the forefront of integrated solid waste management, operating Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) and Engineered Sanitary Landfills (ESLFs) that ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable waste processing. Through strategic partnerships and continuous innovation, BEST bridges technology and community engagement to reduce landfill dependency and foster a cleaner, greener Philippines.

BEST is also the developer and key partner behind Trash to Cashback, an environmental rewards program that transforms recyclables into Environmental Points (EP) or Cashback, redeemable through the bXTRA PH platform. This initiative empowers individuals, businesses, and local governments to take part in meaningful environmental action while gaining tangible benefits.

Through education, collaboration, and innovation, BEST continues to turn waste into value—closing the loop in waste management and inspiring communities to become champions of sustainability.
