Mike van Ingen

Mike van Ingen is a Junior Finance Transformation Analyst at Basic-Fit since February 2022, focusing on finance process improvements and digital transformation by collaborating with various departments during Agile sprints. Previously, Mike participated in a two-year Finance Graduate Program at Basic-Fit, where roles were rotated every six months among different finance departments. Mike also completed an internship in Financial Control, producing a thesis on inventory process internal control. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Asset Management at ABN AMRO MeesPierson, handling client scheduling and requests, and a month-long position in Accounts Payable at de Persgroep Nederland, managing invoice processing and supplier communications. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Control from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where studies were completed in June 2023.
