Nicky Hendriks

Nicky Hendriks is an experienced HRM consultant currently working at Reijn, part of the Driessen Group, since May 2023, providing HR advisory services on a temporary and project basis. Nicky also serves as a Group Fitness Instructor at Basic-Fit since July 2020. Previously, Nicky held the position of Early Talent Manager at Mars from November 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included coaching interns and trainees and developing performance improvement plans. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mars, Nicky managed recruitment for bachelor and master-level positions across all departments in close collaboration with business and HR. Nicky’s career began at Personato from September 2015 to November 2018, working as a Recruitment Consultant and later as an intern, specializing in recruiting candidates for HR and office management roles. Nicky earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences between 2012 and 2016.
