Through Job Order Contracting (JOC), Basic IDIQ fulfills it's promise of delivering rapid and cost effective solutions for new construction, renovation, facilities maintenance and repair, and energy upgrades. Our construction professionals bring extensive expertise in the construction industry to each project with 200 years of combined experience in the general contracting industry among the senior staff.
