Prior experience includes significant roles at Young Living Essential Oils from February 2022 to June 2025, where Allie worked as Senior Product Development Manager and Senior Product Portfolio Manager, focusing on high-performance, clean personal care formulations and aligning product strategies with market trends. Additionally, Allie held multiple positions at L'Oréal from February 2017 to February 2022, including Scientist and Associate Scientist. Early career experience as a Medical Esthetician at Reflections Center for Skin and Body spanned from July 2009 to January 2017.
