Gale Rudolph is a seasoned professional in the food science and nutrition field with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Nutrition Research Scientist at Basic Research since May 2010, Gale specializes in protein dry mix beverages, herbal supplements, and value-added confectionery. Simultaneously, Gale holds the position of VP of Functional Foods at BBX: Kencraft Candy, focusing on product development in omega-3 and probiotic chocolates. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah since 1999, Gale educates students in food science through lectures and labs.
