Aisha Richardson

Aisha Richardson has been working in the fashion industry since 2005, beginning with an internship at Van Mar Inc. Aisha then moved on to 518 Apparel Group LLC, where they served as both a Designer and Design Assistant from 2006-2011. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Designer at MjC International Group LLC, where they managed a design team of 3+, worked closely with the Merchandising and Sales teams, traveled for development and trend research, created and maintained color palettes, and shopped current accounts floors. In 2020, they moved on to Jordache as a Sleepwear Designer, and then to IHL Group in 2021, where they held the same role. Most recently, in 2022, Aisha Richardson became a Senior Designer - New Balance at Basic Resources, Inc. Additionally, in 2021, they founded Sagekind.

Aisha Richardson attended Moore College of Art and Design from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design.
