Merchandiser Sourcing at Basic Resources, Inc.

Khairuzzaman Bipul has worked in the fashion industry since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Research and Development Intern at Mondol Group. In 2014, they worked as an Assistant Fashion Designer at Sailor, where they were responsible for brainstorming, designing and producing new concepts, maintaining creation of Fashion Design that suits the company brands, and analyzing trends in fabrics, colors, and shapes. In 2016, they worked at Texcom as a Fashion Designer, where they were responsible for product development for brands such as Sidney Hoffmann, Killtec, Norma, Women’s Best, Donnay, and Alpin-Deluxe. Khairuzzaman also had excellent understanding of the garment design and manufacturing process, from the garment conceptualization stage through the pattern drafting phase to final garment assembly. In 2017, they worked as a Merchandiser at Poeticgem International Ltd. In 2020, they worked as a Merchandiser Sourcing at Basic Resources, Inc.

Khairuzzaman Bipul completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Product & Fashion Merchandizing from Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology in 2020. Prior to this, they completed a B.A (Hon's) in Fashion Design & Technology from the same university in 2013. Khairuzzaman also earned a Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) from Akbar Ali Khan Govt. Commercial Collage in 2008, and a Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C) in Business Studies from Shahid Monu Mia High School in 2006.
